Despite the changes to the tariffs and duties which were announced this pas week, the duties and tariffs remain the responsibility of the buyer but must be paid in advance to the US CBP by the seller. Also, it is unclear if the US CBP can still reevaluate the tariffs and charge the sellerd for these extra tariffs months after the buyer has received the product.

In order to ship to the USA, we will no longer use commercial carriers. We will be using Canada Post and the US Post for shipments to the USA in conjunction with Zonos which handles the payment to the US CBP. This incurs extra charges.

For this reason, we will be sending USA customers an invoice for the duties and tariffs as if our product does not conform to the USCMA trade agreement.

Typical charges for a single MAO should be as is indicated in the table below PLUS the Zonos processing fees which are 1.99 plus 10% of the tariff fees.

IMPORTANT !

In order to not incur a loss for EPS, we will require a deposit of 100% of the purchase price, so a typical MAO, 66.75 $ CAD. We would then refund USA customers this deposit minus the duties and tariff and processing fees we receive from Zonos after a period of 6 weeks.

This is to avoid fees such as the ones shown below which clear show a 200% tariffs fee charged to us which we received weeks after the customer had received the MAO.

For all other destinations

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Customs regulations require a telephone number for international shipments. Tracking is possible for shipments to Canada and the USA only with approximately 5 to 8 days for delivery.

International overseas shipments are regular air parcel mail with no tracking with 6 to 12 day delivery. Please be advised that some international destinations may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. For faster delivery, please contact us for Express Shipping rates.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs services to determine what these additional costs will be before you make your purchase.

Shipping fees to all destination except the USA include postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
